Qualification: CA / Inter CA of 5 years + experience

Role:  

1. Experience in handling Accounting Procedures – Direct/ Indirect taxes, GST & Taxation.
2. Collating, Preparing & Interpreting Reports, Budgets, Accounting & Annual Financial Statements.
3. Knowledge of LC, Forex, & Import documentation.
4. Preparing required Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly MIS Reports.
5. Fully conversant with Tally & Microsoft Office.

 Candidate’s Profile:

2. Ability to handle a team under him/her & report to the CFO. 
3. Well-written and verbal communication skills in English (on phone & email).

Location: Mumbai

Department: Sales & Marketing

Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Graduate with 5+ years in handling Polymers product sales.

Role:  Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and polymers.

1. Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets by selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries. 
2. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
3. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
4. Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
6. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
7. Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
8. Forecast sales to enable operations planning and introduce product innovations.

Department: Logistics

Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline, (Shipping /Logistics – preferred)/8+ years of experience in Logistics coordination from a similar industry.

Role:  This position requires experience in a distribution or logistics environment, a good understanding of warehousing processes and procedures, and customer service orientation.

1. Managing daily warehouse operations, from incoming & outgoing distribution to shipping and receiving operations. 
2. Communicating with vendors and customers to assure all documentation is prepared in accordance with compliances and company policy.
3. Maintain records of physical stock and other logistics-related duties of all the products.
4. Post-sales calls, Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent customer service.
5. Market Research/ Market Sizing and Stock reports & Database generation. Additional help as sales support and Business development.  

Candidate’s Profile:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
2. Well-versed with Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Office and all modems of Google apps.
3. Knowledge of digital skills is an added advantage.
4. A dedicated and consistent person who has excellent time management skills.
5. Good coordination skills.
