Mithi River R&D Project along with Mumbai University
As part of the Organisation’s CSR activity, RSG & CO has contributed towards the Remediation & Rejuvenation of the Mithi River along with Mumbai University. The research and development of filters and pollutant catchers that would be used to clean the Mithi River have been successfully established.
On 26th February, 2020 we held a seminar at Taj Santacruz and discussed the pollution issues of the Mithi River. We proposed several solutions for rejuvenation of the river by tracking reports of various committees on Mithi River, changing the river course and offering participation from community organizations and local groups to help with the cleaning of the river. We invited our key business partners and associates to this event, to encourage this movement for eco-efficiency and sustainability.
Mayaben Ramniklal Gosalia Secondary and Higher Secondary Ashram School and Junior College
The “Walk Together Foundation” and RSG & CO, adopted an existing school at Dadare Village in Vikramgad, Talasari Maharashtra, comprising of 1400 students (900 boarding students and 600 girl students).
The school is now named as “Mayaben Ramniklal Gosalia Secondary and Higher Secondary Ashram School and Junior College” and aims to provide educational and health facilities to the people from the tribal sects of Wada, Vikramgad, Jawhar and other tribal sectors of Palghar, Maharashtra.
an initial donation of Rs. 30 lakhs to Zalawad Education Trust
In April, 2021 Ramniklal S Gosalia & Family made an initial donation of Rs. 30 lakhs to Zalawad Education Trust, to cater to underprivileged students struggling with education opportunities. We helped 120 students from ages 8 – 13 by funding their education.
Priyadarshini Park at Nepeansea road
A public park loved and thriven by the residents of south Mumbai. RSG & Co contributed towards planting several trees, benches, table tennis tables and electric lighting to ensure the well-being of the park renowned and loved by so many people.
Jain social group
Through the NGO name “Jain social group” RSG & Co had the privilege to donate Oximeters and Oxygen Compacters to the patients in dire need when it was in short supply during the Covid pandemic in 2020.
